Finally got an answer from AAA Property Management as to what the delay has been in getting answers and wasting my time from Mike the owner of AAA Property Management for all the delays in first getting answers from one employee without mentioning her name who I have delt with for years along with Klamath Housing Authority KHA.

All this time I was given the impression the person I always deal with at AAA Property Mangement supervisory over the employee as mentioned I usual deal with and have since I have been a tenant at 321 N 5th Street, Apt 15 at the Granview Apartments on the corner of 5th and High Streets in downtown Klamath Falls, Oregon.

Klamath Falls— A health and safety deficiency 8.3 evidence of infestation roaches in unit.

Three times the KHA HQS inspector has come out for an inspection of the apartment at 321 N 5th Street, Apt 15 and all three times AAA Property Management located at 501 Main Street Suite 100, Klamath Falls, Oregon has failed and made no attempt to correct the 4 items on the KHA HQS inspector’s list of deficiencies.

First inspection was on June 8, 2021 and Failed HQS Inspection. Living room 1.3 Electrical Hazards-damage outlet by w/c. Bathroom 3.3 Electrical Hazards-triple light switch plate cracked. Other rooms 1 4.10 SMD1 Smoke Detectors co works/sd not working and cover missing. Health/Safety 8.3 Evidence of Infestation roaches in unit.

Second inspection June 29, 2021 and Failed Second HQS Inspection as listed above. And third on July 13, 2021, yet another Failed third HQS Inspection as listed above again. AAA Property Management has intentionally ignored Failed third HQS Inspection repairs needed, including a garbage disposal not working and not listed but on a Maintenance Request that was submitted twice. First, on June 24th, 2021 with the entire Failed Second HQS Inspection list and added item, a garbage disposal not working. Then, a repeated Maintenance Request, again, on July 13, 2021. Where tenant printed out a copy for his records to be used in court against AAA Property Management, and the removal by AAA Property Management from the tenant portal on AAA Property Management website: TENANT PORTAL Access your Tenant Portal online in Klamath Falls (aaapropertymgt.com) failed 3rd HQS Inspection.

Tenant printed out a copy of the Failed Second HQS Inspection repair list and the added garbage disposal not working on a Maintenance Request, submitted two times. And twice removed within minutes by AAA Property Management the Maintenance Request form on the tenant portal.

The tenant has been put into to position to file a civil law suit, and in the process tenant has contacted his Senator U.S. Senator Jeff Merkley of Oregon senate.gov, along with Klamath Falls Health and Safety Environment Department to file a complaint about the entire Granvue Apartment building being infested with roaches, not just the infestation in the tenants’ apartment located at 321 N 5th Street, Apt 15, Klamath Falls, Oregon. Second chance Miracles do happen

Twenty-two months ago, I died and was given a second chance to live again. I was 68 years old then in the month of February 2023 and in Medford Reginal Hospital where I was flown up on an emergency helicopter for a heart bypass surgery. And spent 18 days in a coma, where I slept and then finally woke up in ICU and did not even realize I had been in a coma or had died and was brought back to life. Had no visions as some people do when they die on the operating table.

Did not find out until I had my first doctor appointment at the heart clinic in Klamath Falls, Oregon. Not even the friends who were in touch with me at the time it bought up the fact I was in a coma for 18 days. The just assumed I was must have been aware of being in a coma for 18 days. To this day I don’t know why no one mentioned it to me when I was in Medford Reginal Hospital. The only thing I could figure out about that time is they were afraid if they told me I might have a stoke. And that goes for the staff at both places as well. One of the nurses in Medford Reginal said I was her favorite patent she had at the time, and she was my favorite nurse too even though you are not supposed to do it. Have favorite nurses and favorite patients.
